Get Fit... Week One

Brrrr, it is cold out! When I woke up this morning, the themometer said it was -10F. Forecasters say with the windchill factor, it will feel like -25F.

I started off the week by comparing last year's body composition analysis with this year's. I was thrilled to learn:

Body Fat went down 4.9%
Weight went down 8 lbs
BMI went down 3.7%
Fat Weight went down 11 lbs

I've managed to do aerobic activity and strength training 5 days this week.

Great! You did a lot in one year and you did it the right way ywhich is even better !!!

i DIDN'T EXERCICE this week... it's harder when my husbnad works afternoon shift : he always want to go somewhere in the morning !!!

Great results, congratulations on sticking with it.

It's really cold here too. Not sure what it was last night, but it is 10 now and I don't know how much colder it is with windchill. I was really glad I didn't have to get up and go to work this morning.

You certainly are disciplined! I can't imagine having the motivation to exercise 5 days in a week. I'm such a slacker.
