I have a very “loose” system of organizing freebies that I find on the net. First I have an email to myself that lists all the freebie sites I’ve heard of or come across. Second, I’ve printed off some that I think I might do and put them into plastic page protectors and then into a 3-ring binder sorted into subject categories. Third, others I saved to my computer’s hard drive, sorted into subject categories. Fourth, I’ve burned some to CD.

I envy your organization, Meari. I am working on it, though!
I only print out the freebies as I need them. Then they are stored in clear sleeves in a binder. I also have them copied onto a cd should something happen to my harddrive.
I store mine in a similar fashion, except that I haven't got the ability to burn them onto a CD yet. I'd really like to get that this coming year, as there are several things I'd like to be able to save that way.
