SBQ: Rip-It, Rip-It

Do you use your needle, a seam ripper, or something else when you haveto frog stitches? Why do you use the method that you do?

If it's only a few stitches, I'll use the needle to unpick them. If there are a lot, or if it's a mistake in the middle of a bunch of stitches that are ok, I'll use a tiny pair of scissors and carefully cut the offending threads. If it's a mistake that can be worked around, I'd rather do that than unpick it. Be gone frogs, be gone!

If i can, I just pull them out with my needle. If they get stubborn here come the scissors!

Sometimes the 'seam ripper' is too thick and hey, the needle is already in your hand :)

I've tried to work around problems before, and always make a worse mess of things LOL!

Ugh, those froggin' little stabbers!! I use some tiny scissors with curved, sharp noses. I hate to rip out stitches, so I only do it as a last resort. Why'd ya hafta bring it up???
