Choices... Choices... A Dilemma
I've been having a hard time picking out a coordinating fabric for Pink Carnations. I think I'm going to make it into a bourse with matching stitching accessories (needlebook, fob, etc.) so the coordinating fabric will be used with those, too.
The fabrics look a bit darker in the pic than they are in real life. Help! I need help...

Meari...that is so beautiful! And I love pink, too. My choice would be the darker one at the top.
I like them all, but the darker, top one is my pick.
They are all pretty, I like the one on the far right.
My first choice is the dark one on top and than my 2nd would be to the right.

Hi Meari! Very pretty stitching! I think the darker pink fabric you have in the top left corner complements your floss colors used in your stitched piece. Also the weave of that fabric fits the checkered stitching fabric better than the other 2 choices of fabric IMO.

Bottom right and then top left. The bottom left is a bit too warm for my tastes.
My choice is the one on the right.
I like the one on top also, because I like contrasts and that fabric is the darkest. The pink on the right would also be acceptable, but a bit boring. The fabric on the left is not the right tint at all (too beige).
I like the darker one best.

They are all pretty. The piece is great. I think I would go for the darker one on top right.
Call me crazy, but I'd work out a way to use all three fabrics.

I would have to say that I like the top pink first, then the one on the far right as I look at the screen, and lastly the other..It seems more of a peachy pink then the other two.
I also would choose the darker medium pink on the right. with the swirls in the fabric or is that paisleys>? Lovely job..
Is any of this helping? :) You have as many opinions as you do friends! Personally, I love the fabric on the right - the texture really "grabs" my attention. I'm sure everything will turn out beautiful, no matter what you choose.
Meari - Congrats on your lovely finish! I'd have to use the darkest one (on the top). I think that color compliments the stitching the best!
