and the beads/floss to stitch it up
AWESOME!
She's not going to know what to do with
herself... she's set for treats!
All good things must come to an end *sniffle*... I would like to thank Shelley for all the wonderful gifts. It was great fun opening each and every one of them! (Incidentally, it was her birthday last weekend, so hop over to her blog and wish her a Happy Birthday!)
On the 9th Day of Christmas, Shelley gave to me ♪♫♪♫
And on the 10th Day...
I've been wanting one of these!
♪♫♪♫ Fa... la... la... la... la... ♪♫♪♫
Another present? Oh yes! It's Day 6. I wonder what it could be?
complete with glittery snowflakes!
I'm saving these to wear on Christmas Day.
On the 7th day of Christmas, Shelley gave to me.... ♫♪♫
Great timing, since I don't have a 2012 calendar yet.
The 8th present was equally appreciated.
I figured out the trick to getting Celeste to eat the treats Shelley sent her. If I break them up into dog food sized pieces, she will scarf them down faster than a seal eating fish!
Here's the little
On the third, fourth, and fifth days of Christmas, Shelley gave to me...
Very pretty! Hmm... What can I make with these?
It is SO adorable!

This has been on my wishlist for a long time!
Does Shelley know how to spoil a girl or what?!?
Here is Celeste posing with a new friend compliments of Shelley:
Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow (Just not too much!) I woke up this morning to a light dusting of snow on the ground and temps of 17F. On this second day of Christmas, Shelley sent to me:
Magnetic List Pad, Notepad, and Post-It Notes... Perfect, since I'm a notorious list maker!
This year, I participated in the 12 Days of Christmas Exchange hosted on the i-love-cross-stitch group. Shelley not only sent me beautifully wrapped gifties, but also sent Celeste some goodies as well:
I wonder what it could be???
These certainly will come in handy.
Here is Celeste carrying around one of the dog "cookies" Shelley sent her. The silly dog never did eat it... just carried it around. LOL
I wonder what tomorrow will bring????

Cool first gift. I'm doing one but starting on the 14th. Celeste looks happy with her goodie too. My dogs carry around their chewies for a long time before eating them. It's funny. Enjoy your day.
That is great Meari
Im happy to follow your gift :)
and your stitching is so beautiful too

I love JJ needles size 28 petite as well. Some people say they are expensive but they last forever and are so well made, I never have my thread caught on any burrs. Looks like you will be having loads of fun with your exchange and I'll be checking it out your future postings. :)
How fun is 12 days of opening gifts!!.
Celeste is a very pretty puppy – I use to have a Pomeranian before my Yorkies – He was colored like he had a tuxedo on.

Lovely gifts for you and Celeste on the first day of December!
It looks like both of you (you and Celeste) are in a Christmas mood. Have fun opening gifts, Shelley did a great job packing everything so nicely.
Great gift!!!!!! Celeste is too lady like to just chomp away. She will take tiny lady like bites of the Dog "cookies" when your not looking. LOL!!!

Hi Meari! Silly Celeste. My dogs eat their treats pdq but we had a poodle once that would "bury" his treats in odd places that you would stumble across at a later date.
I'm looking forward to watching you open your gifts. Almost like I am opening it too! Love the JJ needles!
What fun to open a new present each day for 12 days... Looking forward to seeing what each package holds!
Great first package. Can't wait to see what else you open.
What a wonderfully useful gift.
Nice goodies!
Needles are always great, and those note pads are so cool, I have several and use them all the time.
I am so happy to see you enjoying your gifts. I love the pic of Celeste.
Shelley is great spoiler, isn't she?!!? Love the notepads! Celeste looks so cute with the treat in her mouth.

The exchange sounds like great fun :) Haha, celeste looks adorable with the cookie. The image of Celeste walking around with it sounds very cute :d
I am so happy you like your RAK...lol.........it is funny how when you see something, it makes you think of someone. I loved those charts; so I suspected you would too.
Celeste is darling! I sure do miss my 'Baby'......but Kia and Peanut keep me busy! Your 12 Days is wonderful; I know you can't wait to open a gift each day. I look forward to seeing the rest!
Hugs,
Sue
