Ah, where do I start? I guess I should start with the magazine (Ladies Home Journal, Family Circle, Better Homes & Gardens… something like those) my Mom had that intrigued me enough to try cross stitch… ultimately ended in me designing and stitching my first ever project. It sent me on my way to completing many, many more projects. I’m also thankful for the means to support my habit…. err, I mean hobby. It’s the best stress reliever, ever! Your first project is so cute. I still have my first attempt at stitching with candlewicking.
Then came my first attempt at a stamped cross stitch birth announcement and that is where it all started....
I am blessed as my husband supports me and my love of cross stitch.
We stitchers are blessed with the many friendships we have found along our journey!
