Newest Acquisition - Help!
Can you believe I bought this custom oak framed cross stitched piece at a thrift store for 50 cents? The frame itself is worth a lot more than that, not to mention the time that was put into stitching the piece. The stitching is 12¼" x 9¼" in size. There's no signature or date on it, so here's where I'm looking for help. Anyone know the name of this piece? Or, who the manufacturer is?
Update: Thanks to my stitching friend, Julie in OH, I have figured out what this piece is. Yay! I contacted Dimensions and found out it is a discontinued 1990 Dimensions kit (#3101) called "Farmer Rabbit's Family" designed by Barbara Mock. Thanks also goes out to Danielle Todd who stitched another Farmer Rabbit's Family and was able to give insight on it.

Holy cow, what a find!!! I'm going to start scouring the thrift shops around here. I can't imagine someone giving this up unless it wasn't a stitcher of course. This beautiful thing represents $$$ and lots of time!
Amen to that. Mine took me just under six years start to finish, although if I count only the time I spent really working on it, the time is closer to a year.
